As you may already know, we are running a campaign at the moment in collaboration with Beardbrand. We got together with our good friend Carlos Costa and thought it would be cool to create a hat collection inspired by their product line 'Old Money'.
Old Money refers to the industrial titans and their meetings in dark oak-panelled rooms, behind closed doors with their bourbon and their secrets.
The collaboration resulted in a collection of three hats.
The Old Money hats are only available while the campaign is going, that means that they will be limited editions. The campaign is running until the 17th of December and with every purchase of any Old Money hat comes a code to Beardbrands website where you can pick up their Old Money Minimalist's Kit for free.
When Carlos came to Denmark to talk about the campaign, he made a short video about our collaboration and about the process of making a hat.
Getting a hat in the right size can sometimes prove quite difficult, because every hat brand’s sizes differ slightly from the next. Sometimes the difference can be as much a size and a half.
That’s why we have made a FREE sizing kit with a special head circumference tape measure and instructions on how to find the right hat size. Get your sizing kit here.
HOW TO USE THE SIZING KIT
If you don’t want to wait for our sizing kit you can also use a regular tape measure to measure your head at the widest point, which in most cases is about a fingers width above the ears.
What you get in cm is essentially your hat size. So if you measured your head to be 58 cm, your hat size is 58. If you are in between two sizes we would recommend choosing the smaller of the two, as the hat will then expand a bit to take the shape of your head.
